The videoforms part of Grow Tourism's online learning module on visitor experiencedesign, giving New Zealand's tourism workforce access to world-class expertisein a polished, professional format.
Who is Brad Rowe?
Brad Rowe is an award-winning tourism strategist andexperience design specialist with a track record of turning ambitious ideasinto successful businesses. He has advised some of New Zealand's leadingtourism operators, led development of the internationally acclaimed mountainbiking experience at Skyline Queenstown, and is widely recognised as one of thecountry's leading voices on visitor experience design. The production
Hugo Chan from Vantirra handled the full on-locationproduction — camera, lighting, audio, and interview direction — ensuring Brad'sinsights were captured clearly and compellingly. The goal was to produce aninterview that felt authoritative but approachable, in keeping with theeducational tone of Grow Tourism's learning platform.
