Question 1

Do you offer both photography and videography?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Whether you want just photos, just video, or both together, we’ve got you covered for weddings, events, and commercial work, with a single, coordinated team on the day.

Question 2

Can we request a specific shooting style?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Whether you love candid moments, documentary-style storytelling, or classic posed shots, we’ll tailor our approach to match your vision, usually nailed down in the discovery call.

Question 3

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many couples love adding an engagement shoot. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create some extra memories before the big day. Let us know your ideas.

Question 4

Can we customise our wedding or event package?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. Whether you need fewer hours, an extra shooter, or specific add-ons like albums or prints, we’ll build a package that works for you and your budget.

Question 5

Do you travel for weddings and events? Is there an extra cost?

Accepted Answer

We love a good adventure. Local Auckland shoots have no travel fees; destinations outside Auckland may require additional charges for travel and accommodation, which we’ll outline upfront in your proposal.

Question 6

How do I book you for our event?

Accepted Answer

Just reach out to check availability. To secure your date, we’ll need a signed contract and a 25% deposit, both handled digitally, no paperwork shuffle.

Question 7

Can we meet or chat before booking?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We’d love to hear your vision, whether it’s over coffee, a video call, or a quick chat. The discovery call is always free.

Question 8

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable (except in cases of extreme weather), but we’re happy to reschedule if we have availability. Full terms are spelled out in your contract.

Question 9

How long until we get our photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

Full galleries typically take 2 to 3 weeks and films up to 4 weeks, and sneak peeks land within 48 hours. Need them sooner? Ask about our rush options.

Question 10

Can we get the RAW or unedited images?

Accepted Answer

We usually deliver only professionally edited photos for the best quality, but RAW files are available upon request as an add-on at the proposal stage.
