By engaging with Vantirra—whether via our website (www.vantirra.com), booking a service, or making a payment—you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
• Booking Process: A signed contract or deposit payment confirms your booking.
• Changes by Client: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. Late changes may incur a fee.
• Changes by Vantirra: In rare cases (e.g., weather, illness), we may reschedule at no extra cost.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure bookings.
• Final Payment: Due 7 days before the shoot or upon delivery of media.
• Late Payments: Subject to a 2% fee per week overdue.
• Pricing Changes: Quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional services (e.g., extra editing hours) incur extra charges.
Client Cancellations:
• Within 7 days notice: Deposit forfeited.
• Before 14 days notice: 25% of the total fee payable.
• Vantirra Cancellations: Full refund provided if we cancel without cause.
• Client’s Rights: Final delivered photos/videos are licensed for personal/business use (specified in contract).
• Vantirra’s Rights:
• We retain copyright over raw footage and edits unless a full buyout is agreed.
• We may use work for portfolio/marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delivery Time: Final media delivered within 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
• Revisions: Includes 2 rounds of edits. Additional revisions are charged at 150 NZD/hour.
Revision Definition:
A "revision" refers to a request for reasonable changes to the existing project deliverables that:
• Do not significantly alter the original scope, structure, or concept.
• Are based on the agreed-upon brief and creative direction.
• Include adjustments such as minor timing changes, text corrections, color grading tweaks, or music replacements within provided options.
A revision does not include:
• Complete re-edits or re-shoots.
• Major changes to structure, content, or style after final approval of the script or storyboard.
• Requests made after the final sign-off.
• Additions that require new footage, graphics, or sound assets outside of the original agreement.
• Equipment/Data Loss: While we take precautions, we are not liable for:
• Lost/damaged files due to hardware failure (recommend clients back up files).
• Unforeseen disruptions (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).
• Maximum Liability: Limited to the total fee paid for services.
• Provide clear briefs, necessary permits (e.g., drone usage), and safe working conditions.
• Obtain model/property releases if needed.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in NZ courts.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance

Vantirra shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to): natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failure, strikes, equipment breakdown, war, civil unrest, or any other unforeseen event that renders the performance of services impossible or impractical.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence:
• Both parties agree to communicate promptly and in good faith to determine next steps.
• Any payments already made will be applied to rescheduled services where possible.
• If rescheduling is not feasible, a fair refund or credit may be offered at Vantirra’s discretion, excluding any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
