We cover corporate conferences, seminars, gala dinners, award evenings, product launches, brand activations, trade shows, exhibitions, concerts, live music events, private milestone celebrations, and school or university events.
Standard packages include 5–10 sneak-peek images within 48 hours for social media, with full delivery within 5–7 business days. Premium packages deliver full galleries within 3–5 business days. 24-hour rush turnaround is available on request.
Yes. For larger events, we can bring a second photographer ($800 add-on) to cover concurrent sessions. For very large conferences requiring multiple teams, contact us for a custom coverage plan.
Yes. Drone footage can be added to our videography and photo-and-video packages for $500. It is not available on photography-only packages. Drone work is subject to location permissions, CAA regulations, and weather conditions on the day.
Yes. We can create a 1–2 minute social media highlight reel for $250, delivered in vertical (9:16) and landscape (16:9) formats optimised for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
