TRENZ 2024 — Event Coverage for Grow Tourism at Takina Wellington

In May 2024, Vantirra travelled to Wellington to provideprofessional event photography and videography coverage at TRENZ 2024 — NewZealand's largest international tourism business event. Working alongside GrowTourism NZ, our role was to capture the speakers, sessions, and key momentsfrom the event, producing content that could be used across Grow Tourism'splatforms and learning resources.

What is TRENZ?

TRENZ is New Zealand's premier international tourism tradeevent, held annually and managed by Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA). In 2024,TRENZ was held for the first time at Takina Wellington Convention andExhibition Centre from 8 to 10 May, under the theme of 'TransformativeTourism'. The event brought together more than 1,500 delegates from across NewZealand and the world — connecting tourism operators with international buyers,media, and industry leaders.

Our role at TRENZ 2024

Vantirra was on the ground throughout the event to capture arange of speakers presenting across the TRENZ programme. Working for GrowTourism, we documented key presentations and panel sessions — producingprofessional footage and photography that captured the energy, expertise, andideas flowing through the event. The material was designed to support GrowTourism's ongoing content and learning initiatives for New Zealand's tourismworkforce.
