Akiaki is a free online training programme built for anyone in the sector, from frontline team members to managers and business owners. Each module draws on real-world examples and case studies from across the New Zealand tourism industry, giving learners practical, on-the-ground knowledge rather than theory. The Location: Beehive North Shore

The Production
Hugo Chan managed the full setup on location at Beehive, handling camera placement, lighting, and audio capture to create a controlled interview environment within the space.
